Your communities will begin to have virtual events so that you and your neighbors can reconnect once again. Our gyms and business centers to your managers about ANYTHING and EVERYTHING that is on your mind and schedule a time to meet by phone or facetime (if possible).
We look forward to writing you about" business as usual" very soon. Stay tuned.
A&G Management Company is compassionate towards the financial impact the Corona Virus (COVID-19) is having on you, our residents. Here are some suggestions that will hopefully put your mind at ease in regard to your rent payments.
1 - To assist you in your payment of rent, you can conveniently pay on- line with an e-check; credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD OR DISCOVER); or Money Gram at the A&G Website's Resident Portal. You can also mail in your check or money order along with your coupon through the A&G LOCK BOX.
2 - If you can only pay a portion of your rent, please alert your community MANAGER immediately. Your partial payment may be made by utilizing the A&G Resident Portal, from the comfort & safety of your home. Alternatively, Money-Gram's money order payment system- available at CVS, Walmart and many other retail locations is another easy way to pay your rent in a partial payment. Once your partial payment is received, YOUR LATE CHARGES WILL BE WAIVED. Please remember that the balance of your unpaid rent will be due in full as soon as this crisis ends.
3 - If you have become temporarily unemployed from your job, please try to collect the Unemployment Insurance pay that you are entitled to and pay your rent as soon as possible. Speak to your manager if this applies to you.
4 - If you are completely unable to pay any portion of your rent for any reason related to the CORONA VIRUS, please call your leasing office for further instruction.
A&G Management Company encourages ALL residents to continue to implement safe practices which includes social distancing, mask wearing, appropriate hand washing (count to 20) and avoiding groups of 10 or more people. Now and always, the safety and well-being of our community residents is A&G Management's primary concern. Stay safe.Cindy Hugoniot, COO
