She really cares about her residents and if there is a problem it is always taken care of ASAP. She and her staff walk the property every morning to make sure things...

My girlfriend and I moved into Southgate Apartments about 8 months ago and have had nothing but a positive experience. I will start by saying my leasing agent was Brittany. Great personality, very patient and very helpful with all of the million questions we had...Southgate also has a great maintenance staff....They are always happy to help and great to talk...
