Great personality, very patient and very helpful with all of the million questions we had...Southgate also has a great maintenance staff....They are always happy to help and great to talk...

I wanted to let you know what a great job the maintenance crew did with the plumbing problem in my kitchen this past weekend. My experience with the maintenance personnel has been great. They have very good manners, are very efficient, warm and professional. They respond to any maintenance request in a timely manner. They are very skilled an have a good working knowledge of their jobs.
